MillenniBOND™Standard Crucibles

MillenniBOND™ crucibles are designed primarily for air and vacuum induction melting of superalloys. MillenniTEK’s innovative manufacturing process ensures precise dimensional accuracy and near-net shape consistency. The MillenniBOND™ line of crucibles are engineered to provide a highly uniform, smooth, pits and positive free metal contact surface and excellent thermal shock and erosion resistance.

We design and build our molds in-house, resulting in reduced delivery times for custom crucibles.  We can supply thick cross section high volume crucibles in a variety of materials.  We also slip cast high purity alumina crucibles to any dimensional specification.

Industries we serve include copper, aluminum, superalloy, nuclear and chemical.

We also design and manufacture stopper rod type crucibles including any required graphite inserts.
