The role involves carrying out visual, dimensional and final inspections, using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and gauges, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, and accurately recording inspection results. Quality Technicians will also identify and document nonconforming products, work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement activities. Previous manufacturing or quality experience is not essential, although relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, basic numeracy and literacy, and the ability to use precision inspection equipment.
