Cast Products

Millennitek offers a range of cast ceramic and refractory shapes.  We use a range of casting methods from simple slip casting to gel casting using complex bonding agents.  Our molds are produced in-house by our tool makers and can be manufactured from various materials.  We utilize modern resins and polymers in our tooling design.

Our cast products are used in the steel, glass, powder metal and furnace industry.  Many of our parts have excellent thermal shock and wear resistance.
