Soil Drying Ovens are designed for:
- Drying large quantities of soils and aggregate samples.

The SDO225 and SDO 425 are economy models constructed of a polyester coated mild steel exterior and an aluminium coated steel interior chamber. This construction method is both durable and corrosion resistant. These units meet the requirements of BS 1377 and are ideal for on-site laboratories and general soils and aggregate testing.
The larger soils drying ovens are constructed of mild steel with a powder coated exterior and an aluminium coated steel chamber. This construction method is both durable and corrosion resistant. The 225 and 425 litre units are fitted with a thermostatic control with a microprocessor digital control available as an option. The 750 and 1000 litre units have a microprocessor digital control as standard.
The temperature range on the SDO225 and SDO425 is 40-200ºC and the temperature range on the larger units is 40-250ºC.
